Single Visit Review
This is for a new issue or incident. You’ve been to a doctor's office, urgent care or ER recently for a problem, but you don’t understand what they told you or you don’t know what to do next.

You will be required to upload your medical record from a single visit (up to 20 pages).

You may be asked to fill out a questionnaire

Response by message with the option to have a phone consultation for an additional $15 charge

Example: I went to the ER for chest pain and they said it was heartburn, but I'm not so sure.

Single Condition Review
You have a single ongoing health problem for which you’ve made multiple visits to a provider(s) that you have questions about.

You will be required to upload all of your medical records related to the problem (up to 100 pages).

You will be required to fill out a questionnaire

You will receive a response by message and by phone (if requested).

Example: I've had abdominal pain for months and I've seen 3 different doctors and I still don't know what's wrong.

Comprehensive Review
You have numerous complicated ongoing health problems that you would like reviewed and explained to figure out the best next steps.

You want to optimize or streamline your treatment regimen

You think you may be a victim of malpractice and you’d like your care reviewed.

You got turned down for disability and you’re not sure why

May require multiple messages and phone calls
Cost: $300 retainer for 2 hours of review plus $125 per hour for each additional hour required to review the case
